We are seeking an experienced Patent Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on patent law and intellectual property rights, ensuring the protection of our clients’ innovations and inventions. Key Responsibilities
Conduct patent searches and analyze patentability of inventions
Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
Advise clients on patent strategy and IP portfolio management
Represent clients in patent disputes and litigation matters
Stay updated on changes in patent law and regulations
Conduct meetings with clients to understand their invention and provide legal guidance
Qualifications
Jurisdictional admission to practice law as a Patent Attorney
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Strong background in patent law and intellectual property
Experience with patent prosecution and litigation
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
