Posted June 16, 2025 Plaintiff’s Litigation Firm Seeking Personal Injury Attorney – Raleigh, NC A growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a motivated and compassionate Personal Injury Attorney to join its expanding practice in Raleigh, NC. The firm focuses on representing individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence, with cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries. This position offers a client-centered practice, strong litigation support, and the opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment committed to securing justice for injury victims.
Offer:
$115,000 – $150,000 annual base salary depending on experience, with performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k), paid CLE and bar dues, and malpractice insurance Hybrid work flexibility with remote days available Opportunities for trial training, advancement, and leadership within the litigation team
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in North Carolina 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation, preferably on the plaintiff’s side Demonstrated ability to manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution or trial Strong skills in negotiation, client communication, and legal writing Experience with medical records review, discovery, depositions, and court appearances Trial experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload of personal injury matters including auto accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation Communicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates and compassionate legal guidance Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel to resolve cases favorably Collaborate with team members including paralegals, medical experts, and investigators Advocate for clients in mediations, arbitrations, and, when necessary, at trial For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
