Minimum Requirements:
6+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted to practice in North Carolina
Excellent academic credentials
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and make executive decisions
Creative, solutions-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Detail-focused with top-tier organizational abilities
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, autonomous environment

Essential Functions:
Delivering strategic solutions through high-quality, detailed legal work
Handling all phases of transactional work—researching, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing deals
Clearly explaining legal concepts and advice to clients in an approachable, engaging way
Leading client matters and cultivating long-term client relationships
Driving business development through networking, event attendance, and client growth initiatives
Delegating effectively to paralegals, associates, and support staff
Contributing to firm operations and special projects as assigned by managing partners
