This is a prime opportunity for a professional whothrives in a high-touch, client-focused practice servinghigh-net-worth individuals and families. Duties Include (but arenot limited to): Independent representation of clients in theirestate, charitable, business succession, and estate and gift taxplanning Representation of fiduciaries in trust, estate, andprobate administration Assisting with the development of firmpolicies and procedures related to estate planning servicesManaging client relationships and delivering high-quality legalcounsel Developing client referrals and contributing to firm growth
Your Experience and Qualifications:
Strong legal knowledge andpractical experience in estate planning and probate Licensed topractice in North Carolina ( Required ) Superb attention to detailand a commitment to accuracy Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills A client-centered attitude with aservice-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook,Word, Excel) Willingness to follow and contribute to establishedfirm processes

Salary:
Starting at $110,000 -$120,000 , with potential forhigher compensation based on experience
