Overview Keller North America, Inc. is seeking an Attorney tojoin our legal team. With corporate headquarters in Hanover,Maryland , we are the nation’s leading geotechnical contractor. Inthis diverse and fast paced position, you will be responsible for abroad spectrum of legal matters. Responsibilities Constructioncontract review and negotiation Claims preparation Litigationsupport Other legal duties as assigned Qualifications Graduate froman accredited Law School with a JD, currently licensed to practicelaw in any state 2 – 5 years of legal experience requiredExperience in construction and engineering practices, contracts,and claims Self-starter and able to work under pressure Able towork independently, evaluate priorities, and meet deadlines

Additional Information Salary Range :

$90,000 – $130,000 per yearActual salary will be based on a variety of factors includingrelevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scopeof job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
