Position Overview
The Tax Practice Attorney will play a critical role in advising clients on the tax implications, risks, and opportunities of both ongoing and new business entity structures and addressing tax controversy matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the tax practice area with expertise and vision.
Advise on individual, partnership, and corporate tax matters related to complex commercial transactions.
Structure mergers, acquisitions, business formations, and debt and equity financing.
Provide guidance on employee compensation and benefits matters.
Draft memoranda and documents for clients across a wide variety of industries.

Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and in good standing.
