Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your keyresponsibilities will include: 1. Providing sound and pragmaticlegal advice to clients on a wide array of legal matters, primarilyfocusing on marital property disputes. 2. Representing clients incourt proceedings, mediations, and negotiations. 3. Drafting,reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including pleadings,contracts, and agreements. 4. Conducting thorough legal researchand analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.5. Collaborating with our team of attorneys to ensure the deliveryof high-quality legal services.

Job Details Qualifications:

To besuccessful in this role, you will need: 1. Juris Doctor degree froman accredited law school. 2. Admission to the New York and NewJersey State Bars. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as anattorney, with a strong focus on marital property disputes. 4.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with theability to clearly and effectively explain complex legal issues toclients. 5.
