Family Law Attorney We are a highly respected and established New Jersey-based law practice dedicated exclusively to family and divorce law. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our growing legal team. Responsibilities:

+ Independently manage a caseload involving a broad range of family law matters such as divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and adoption. + Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence. + Provide legal counsel and develop tailored strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. + Represent clients in court proceedings including motions, hearings, and trials. + Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and contribute to the firm’s team-oriented culture. + Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. + Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law outside of a judicial clerkship (more experience is preferred). + Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently, including courtroom litigation and trial preparation. + Strong analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent legal research capabilities. + Highly organized and self-motivated with a proactive approach to case management Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
