You’ll workon high-profile Chapter 11 cases, complex restructurings, anddistressed transactions across key jurisdictions including NewYork, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Texas, and Florida. Job Details KeyResponsibilities:

Represent debtors, creditors, and otherstakeholders in Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings Draftpleadings, motions, and discovery-related documents Appear incourt, argue motions, and participate in hearings Manage clientrelationships and contribute to case strategy Work closely withpartners and other team members across offices

Qualifications:

2years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience Admission to theNew York State Bar (required) Strong legal writing and analyticalskills Excellent academic credentials Litigation experience is aplus, especially in bankruptcy court Interested in hearing more?
