Manageable workload Hybrid-RemoteFlexibility Job Details Represent clients in commercial real estatetransactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, andfinancings Draft, negotiate, and review purchase/sale agreements,leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements Conduct titleand survey review and oversee due diligence processes Provide legalcounsel on construction-related contracts and regulatory complianceAdvise landlords, tenants, developers, and investors on complextransactional matters Structure and execute joint venture andpartnership arrangements Collaborate with team members to ensuretimely, cost-effective execution of real estate deals

Looking For:

J.D. and licensed to practice in New Jersey Minimum 4 years ofexperience, with a focus on commercial real estate transactionsExperience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financingStrong background in real estate development and constructiontransactions (preferred) Portable business is a plus, but notrequired Interested in hearing more?
