Generous PTO JobDetails Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated, motivatedattorney admitted to practice in New Jersey with significantexperience in estate planning and estate administration of complexestates. Lateral attorneys or solo practitioners with an existingbook of business is a plus. Tax, special needs planning and elderlaw experience is also a plus. 1. Drafting, reviewing, andimplementing wills, trusts, estates, and other estate planningdocuments. 2. Providing comprehensive legal advice to clientsregarding estate planning, probate, trust administration. 3.Representing clients in probate and trust litigation matters. 4.Navigating complex legal and financial situations, offering soundadvice and solutions. 5. Collaborating with tax professionals,financial planners, and other attorneys to develop and implementeffective estate plans. 6. Keeping abreast of changes in laws andregulations that may impact clients’ estate plans. 7. Building andmaintaining strong relationships with clients, offering them peaceof mind and confidence in their estate planning decisions.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool. 2. Admission to the state bar. 3. A minimum of 5 years ofexperience as a Trust & Estates attorney, with a strong record ofclient satisfaction. 4. In-depth knowledge of estate planning andadministration. 5. Excellent analytical, negotiation, andcommunication skills. 6. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitiveand confidential information with discretion. 7. Proficiency inlegal research tools and software. 8. Strong organizational skills,with the ability to manage multiple clients and casessimultaneously. Interested in hearing more?
