The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Counsel to lead all legal affairs within our organization. This role requires expertise in healthcare law , particularly within Long-term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Post-Acute Care . Key Responsibilities

Legal Strategy:

Shape and oversee the organization’s legal framework to support growth and compliance.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to CMS regulations , state laws, and industry standards.

Contract Management:

Draft, review, and negotiate a

• Agreements to protect organizational interests.

Risk Mitigation:

Identify and address legal risks across multiple operational areas.

Multi-Faceted Legal Expertise:

Provide guidance on workers’ compensation, immigration, environmental law, securities law, and estate planning . Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed Attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in corporate law, preferably within healthcare or skilled nursing operations .
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicaid/Medicare compliance, and healthcare governance .
