Job Details Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic legal advisor to the CEO, Board, and ExecutiveTeam Lead global legal strategy and risk mitigation across allbusiness units and jurisdictions Draft, review, and negotiate awide range of commercial agreements, including manufacturing,licensing, data usage, strategic partnerships, and Master ServiceAgreements (MSAs) Oversee all client and partner contracts (NDAs,scopes of work, revenue-sharing, data sharing), ensuring clarityaround deliverables, liability, indemnities, and performancestandards Guide GDPR and U.S. data privacy compliance, includingDPAs, SCCs, and cross-border data practices Manage corporategovernance, intercompany agreements, and legal compliance forglobal subsidiaries Support M&A activity, joint ventures, andstrategic transactions from due diligence to post-close integrationProvide legal counsel on employment matters, IP protection,financial arrangements, and nonprofit regulations Build legalinfrastructure to scale with the business and reduce reliance onoutside counsel Support revenue growth through sound legalframeworks for data analytics, AI, and marketing technologies

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited U.S. law school and baradmission in good standing Minimum of 10 years of progressive legalexperience, including 2 years as General or Deputy General CounselProven experience negotiating complex commercial contracts acrossindustries Familiarity with global legal frameworks and partners inthe EU, China, India, and Mexico Strong knowledge of contract law,IP, privacy regulations (GDPR, U.S. compliance), and employment lawStrategic thinker with excellent drafting, negotiation, andcommunication skills This role is ideal for a seasoned legal leaderwho thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and wants to makea significant impact on business execution and revenue enablementthrough commercial legal strategy.
