$175,000 -$190,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced andpassionate Assistant General Counsel to join our dynamic healthcareteam. As an Assistant General Counsel, you will beresponsible for providing expert legal advice, guidance, andsupport to ensure that our organization is operating within allapplicable legal parameters. Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and guidance on a widerange of issues related to professional liability, includingmalpractice claims, risk management, and patient rights. 2.Collaborate with senior management to develop and implementeffective legal strategies and policies. 3. Review, draft, andnegotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. 4.Represent the organization in legal proceedings, ensuring the bestinterests of the organization are protected. 5. Stay updated oncurrent laws, regulations, and industry trends that may affect theorganization, and ensure compliance with the same.

Job DetailsQualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool. 2. 7-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferablywithin the healthcare industry. 3. Significant experience withprofessional liability, including malpractice claims and riskmanagement. 4. Excellent knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations,and industry trends. 5.
