This is an exciting opportunity for anambitious and talented lawyer who is passionate about trial law andeager to make a significant impact in our organization. Thesuccessful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experiencein trial law, demonstrating a solid understanding of litigationstrategies, court proceedings, and legal guidelines.
Responsibilities As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your dutieswill include but are not limited to: 1. Representing our clients incourt and presenting evidence to defend clients or argue againstthe opposition. 2. Conducting research on legal issues and draftinglegal documents, including briefs, appeals, wills, contracts, andreal estate documents. 3. Advising clients on their legal rightsand obligations. 4. Negotiating settlements in civil disputes toavoid trial when necessary. 5. Collaborating with senior attorneysto develop case strategies and prepare for trials. 6. Participatingin depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and hearings. 7. Ensuringall legal actions in the trial are ethical and within the law. 8.Keeping updated with the latest legal trends and regulations toenhance the quality of our legal services. Qualifications 1. JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A currentlicense to practice law. 3. 2 years of experience as a triallawyer, demonstrating a proven track record in court trials. 4.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability topresent complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively. 5. Strongresearch and analytical skills, with the ability to handle largeamounts of data, identify critical issues, and provide useful legalinsights. 6. High ethical standards and professionalism, respectingconfidentiality and demonstrating integrity in all actions. 7.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple casessimultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. 8.
