Salary:

• Opportunities for career development programs Job Details We areseeking an experienced Associate Attorney specializing in Fidelity& Surety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background infidelity and surety law, with a proven track record in theinsurance industry. This will be based out of our NJ; admission tothe NJ and NY bar is required. Is your background a match?
• JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to theNY and NJ bar and in good standing
• 5 years of experience infidelity and surety law, federal and state courts, in both NY andNJ
• Extensive knowledge with surety, construction litigation,and/or insurance coverage matters
• Excellent legal research,analysis, and writing skills.
• Able to handle a high volume ofcases and work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to build strongrelationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the abilityto manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High level ofprofessional integrity and ethics
• Commitment to ongoingprofessional development and learning What will you be doing:
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in mattersrelated to fidelity and surety law
• Draft, review, and negotiatefidelity and surety bonds and related documents
• Handle claimsmanagement and coordination including claims against commercial andother miscellaneous bonds
• Draft bond forms, indemnity agreements,and other surety-related agreements
• Claim investigation andcoverage analysis through defense, resolution, and recovery
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support casepreparation and strategy development
• Collaborate with otherattorneys and legal professionals on complex legal matters
• Adviseclients on risk management and mitigation in fidelity and suretymatters
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in fidelityand surety law and insurance regulations
