Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trust and EstateAttorney with a book of business to join our team. As an Attorney,you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legalmatters, represent clients in various legal proceedings, andprovide expert legal advice. You will play a crucial role inupholding our commitment to delivering top-tier legal services.

KeyResponsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis to provideinformed and strategic advice to clients. Draft legal documents,contracts, pleadings, and other legal instruments. Representclients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlementdiscussions. Provide guidance and counsel to clients on a varietyof legal issues. Stay current with changes in the law and industrytrends. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieveclient objectives. Maintain accurate and organized case files anddocumentation.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from anaccredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in goodstanding with all applicable bar associations. 3 plus years ofexperience practicing law Book of Buisness of 150k Strong legalresearch and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. Exceptional attention to detail andorganizational abilities. Demonstrated ability to workindependently and as part of a team. Client-focused mindset with acommitment to delivering exceptional service.
