A regional powerhouse, full-service corporate law firm with offices in New Jersey, New York and Florida is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join their growing team in Newark, NJ
This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with a strong desire to expand their practice and to contribute to the firm’s growth.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 5-8 years of experience in the following areas:
Commercial real estate finance.
Real estate acquisition and disposition.
General real estate transactional experience (Purchase and Sale Agreements, leasing, lease buyouts).
Qualifications
Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
Candidate must be admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and State of New York.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact and build relationships directly with clients.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range:
$205,000 – $230,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
