A regional powerhouse lawfirm in NY/NJ, is seeking anexperienced and motivated Land Use and Zoning Attorney to jointheir growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorneywith a strong desire to expand their practice and to contribute tothe firm’s growth. Requirements 4-6 years of land use and zoningexperience. Experience presenting applications before municipal andcounty planning boards and zoning boards. Significant command ofthe New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law. Strong research skills andoral communication skills. Familiarity with the Redevelopment Lawprocess in New Jersey, including experience negotiating anddrafting redevelopment agreements and financial agreements, is aplus. Qualifications Possess a JD from an accredited law schoolwith a strong academic record. Must be licensed to practice in theState of New Jersey. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a teamand to interact directly with clients.
Salary:
$130,000- 190,000DOE How to
