We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedPermanent Insurance Defense Attorney to join our high-performingteam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of awell-established legal firm, providing top-tier legalrepresentation to our clients in the insurance industry. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for handling and managinglitigation files from inception through trial. The role willinvolve working on a wide array of cases, including personalinjury, construction, liability, and coverage disputes.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice andguidance to our clients in the insurance industry, ensuring theirinterests are well-protected. 2. Manage all aspects of insurancedefense litigation, including the preparation of pleadings,discovery, depositions, and trial. 3. Conduct in-depth legalresearch and analysis to support case preparation and strategydevelopment. 4. Handle a high volume of cases related to personalinjury, construction, liability, and coverage disputes. 5.Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, andarbitrations effectively. 6. Draft, review, and negotiate legaldocuments, contracts, and agreements to ensure the client’s bestinterests are protected. 7. Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients, providing them with regular caseupdates and ensuring their needs are met. 8. Collaborate with otherattorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the efficientand effective management of cases. 9. Keep abreast of current lawsand regulations related to insurance defense and apply thisknowledge to current cases and legal advice.

Qualifications:

1.Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is required. 2. Aminimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.3. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing. 4.Proven experience handling personal injury, construction,liability, and coverage disputes. 5. Excellent legal research,analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. 6. Demonstratedability to manage a high volume of cases effectively. 7.Proficiency in using legal research software and other legaltechnologies. 8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability tobuild and maintain strong relationships with clients. 9. Ability towork independently, but also as part of a collaborative team. 10.Strong commitment to ethical legal practice.
