Excellent Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our Trenton office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience handling New Jersey workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution. You’ll join a collaborative team of attorneys and legal professionals, working on behalf of injured workers to secure the benefits and compensation they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation matters Represent clients at all stages of the claim process, including hearings, pre-trials, trials, and settlements Conduct client interviews, depositions, and medical expert cross-examinations Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements Appear before the Division of Workers’ Compensation throughout New Jersey Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and explain processes Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and efficient case management

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience practicing workers’ compensation law in New Jersey Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar Strong litigation and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
