Job Description
Associate Attorney, Commercial Transactions Confidential Woodbridge, NJ 07095 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level attorney to join our team as a Commercial Transactions Associate . This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with up to 2 years of experience who is eager to develop skills in commercial contracts, secured transactions, transactional law, and business operations. The role offers direct mentorship, client exposure, and hands-on experience in negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts including purchase agreements, leases, NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements. Support senior attorneys with due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and business partners. Conduct legal research on transactional matters, contract law, and industry-specific regulatory issues. Maintain organized files and track key contract deadlines and deliverables.
