This role will be working on commercial real estate transactions including purchase and sale, leasing and will involve drafting, structuring and negotiating matters involving sophisticated real estate projects. A successful candidate will have a strong academic background, admission to the NJ bar in good standing, proven experience as a commercial real estate attorney, preferably in a reputable law firm or real estate practice, in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate laws, regulations, and practices, strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and excellent research and analytical abilities.
