Commercial Real Estate Attorney Position Available In Middlesex, New Jersey

Commercial Real Estate Attorney Crescent Solutions, Inc. 90 Woodbridge Centre Drive, Woodbridge, NJ 07095 his role will be working on commercial real estate transactions including purchase and sale, leasing and will involve drafting, structuring and negotiating matters involving sophisticated real estate projects. A successful candidate will have a strong academic background, admission to the NJ bar in good standing, proven experience as a commercial real estate attorney, in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate laws, regulations, and practices, strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and excellent research and analytical abilities

$155,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
