Associate Attorney 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Red Bank, NJ 07701 We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join a prominent plaintiff-side litigation firm in Red Bank, New Jersey. This is a permanent, on-site position with some flexibility for remote work. The firm specializes in a diverse range of civil matters, including personal injury cases, environmental torts, and class actions, offering an excellent opportunity for early-career attorneys to develop their skills and contribute meaningfully to impactful cases.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in legal proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials. Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies. Manage an active caseload, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met. Conduct thorough legal research to support case development and strategy. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and guidance on their cases. Participate in negotiations and mediations to pursue favorable outcomes. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and precedents to strengthen case arguments. Active license to practice law in New Jersey and in good standing. Strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral communication. Demonstrated passion for plaintiff-side litigation and advocacy. Judicial clerkship experience preferred but not required. Prior litigation experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to manage multiple cases with exceptional organizational skills. Commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
