The ideal candidate will possess a sophisticatedunderstanding of New Jersey family law and demonstrate excellencein both negotiation and litigation. Key Responsibilities Handledivorce proceedings involving equitable distribution, alimony, andrelated matters Manage child custody, support, and parenting timematters with sensitivity and strategic thinking Draft and negotiateprenuptial and postnuptial agreements Represent clients in domesticviolence proceedings Conduct settlement negotiations and mediationsessions Litigate cases through trial when necessary Maintainstrong client relationships through regular communication andresponsive service Mentor junior attorneys and oversee paralegalsin case management Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from anaccredited law school Active membership in good standing with theNew Jersey State Bar Minimum of 4 years of experience practicingfamily law in New Jersey Demonstrated track record of successfullyhandling matrimonial matters Superior written and oralcommunication skills Strong negotiation abilities and litigationexperience Excellence in legal research and writing Proven abilityto manage multiple cases efficiently If interested, click Apply Nowbelow – your resume is sent to me directly when you apply!
