We are currently seeking a highly qualified Permanent SeniorForeclosure Attorney, licensed in Pennsylvania, to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in realestate closing, loans, title review, purchase agreements, privatelending, and deal structuring, while working in a fast-paced,high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5years of experience in these areas and be a member in good standingof the Pennsylvania Bar.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior ForeclosureAttorney, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing allaspects of the foreclosure process for our clients.

Keyresponsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of foreclosure casesfrom beginning to end, ensuring compliance with all state andfederal laws Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex realestate documents, including purchase agreements and private lendingcontracts Conducting thorough title reviews and resolving any titledefects Structuring and negotiating real estate deals and loantransactions Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations,and settlement conferences Providing legal advice and guidance toclients on foreclosure matters Collaborating with other members ofthe legal team to develop strategies and solutions for complexforeclosure cases Staying updated with changes in real estate andforeclosure laws and regulations in

Pennsylvania Qualifications:

Tobe considered for this position, you must have: Juris Doctoratedegree from an accredited law school Admission to the PennsylvaniaBar and in good standing Minimum of 1-5 years of experience inforeclosure law and real estate transactions Proven experience inreal estate closing, loans Interested in hearing more?
