Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927 • Hybrid work Job Summary Leary, Bride, Mergner & Bongiovanni, P.A., a prominent and growing multi-state insurance defense law firm, with offices in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, is seeking experienced attorneys (full-time or part-time) to handle complex personal injury and/or construction defect matters. This position offers a high degree of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must have excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills and must be adept in research. Must be licensed in New Jersey or New York. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Managing own caseload with oversight by partners Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses Research and writing of memoranda Attending hearings, inspections and court conferences Conducting and defending depositions Consulting with expert witnesses Attending mediations Trial preparation and trials Our firm offers a hybrid working environment, competitive salary and bonus opportunities, as well as an medical, dental, vision and life insurance, and 401k.
