Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction LawAttorney to join our team. As an Attorney, you will have theopportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, representclients in various legal proceedings, and provide expert legaladvice. You will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment todelivering top-tier legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conductlegal research and analysis to provide informed and strategicadvice to clients. Draft legal documents, contracts, pleadings, andother legal instruments. Represent clients in court proceedings,negotiations, and settlement discussions. Provide guidance andcounsel to clients on a variety of legal issues. Stay current withchanges in the law and industry trends. Collaborate with colleaguesand support staff to achieve client objectives. Maintain accurateand organized case files and documentation.

Qualifications:

JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to thestate bar and in good standing with all applicable barassociations. 3 plus years of experience practicing law Stronglegal research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. Exceptional attention to detail andorganizational abilities. Demonstrated ability to workindependently and as part of a team. Client-focused mindset with acommitment to delivering exceptional service.
