Insurance Defense Attorney – Hybrid | Established Law Firm | NewJersey A well-established and reputable law firm is activelyseeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join theirexpanding legal team. The idealcandidate will have significant experience handling generalliability matters and a proven ability to manage cases frominception through resolution. Candidates must be licensed topractice in New Jersey and possess strong analytical,communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a wide range of insurance defense matters , includinggeneral liability, premises liability, and personal injury claimsConduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, take anddefend depositions, and appear in court Collaborate closely withPartners, Associates, and support staff in a team-focusedenvironment Manage caseload independently while maintainingexceptional client communication and service

Requirements:

JurisDoctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active membership inthe New Jersey Bar (required) 3-7 years of insurance defenselitigation experience Strong experience with general liabilitycases Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability towork both independently and collaboratively Trial experience is aplus
