Insurance Defense and Insurance Coverage:

Insurance DefenseResponsibilities:

Defending insureds and insurers in professional,D&O, environmental, construction defect, and general liabilityclaims Working on a wide range of litigation matters, frominception to resolution Drafting pleadings, handling discovery,taking depositions, and preparing for trial Participating in earlysettlement strategy and cost-effective resolutions

InsuranceCoverage Responsibilities:

Represent insurers in high-exposurefirst•and third-party coverage disputes Handle declaratoryjudgment actions and defend against bad faith and unfair claimspractices litigation Advise insurer clients on policyinterpretation, risk transfer, indemnification, and subrogationstrategy Manage claims involving a broad range of policiesincluding CGL, E&O, D&O, excess, and umbrella Collaborateclosely with insurance carriers and claims professionals to developand execute litigation strategies Work on matters involvingprofessional liability, environmental claims, construction defects,and auto liability Stay abreast of developments in insurance law,including duties owed by primary to excess carriers

Looking For:

Good tenure at previous firms J.D. and licensed to practice in NewJersey 2-10 years of experience with either insurance defense orinsurance coverage litigation Interested in hearing more?
