Medical Dental Vision Bonus PayJob Details Responsibilities:

1. Represent healthcare professionalsand organizations in medical malpractice lawsuits. 2. Draft andrespond to discovery requests, preparing and attending depositions.3. Develop and implement defense strategies, working closely withclients and other legal professionals. 4. Prepare and present casesfor trial, including the selection of juries, arguing motions,meeting with judges, and presenting evidence. 5. Collaborate withmedical experts to gain a better understanding of complex medicalissues related to cases. 6. Provide legal advice to healthcareproviders on risk management and malpractice prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited lawschool. 2. Must be a licensed NJ attorney in good standing. 3.Minimum of 1 years of experience in medical malpractice defense 4.Proven experience in drafting discovery, preparing for andattending depositions, and trial preparation. 5. Strongunderstanding of medical terminology, procedures, and regulations.
