Salary:

Our civil litigation team handles cases involving: Generalliability defense (e.g., slip and fall, premises liability,personal injury) Tort and negligence claims, including intentionaltorts and catastrophic injury cases Professional liability andmalpractice defense (including E&O claims) Employment-relatedlitigation (wage & hour, discrimination, wrongful termination)Construction defect and construction-related disputes Insurancedefense and coverage litigation Products liability and propertydamage

Duties:

Work hybrid remote Manage all phases of civillitigation from inception through resolution, including strategy,pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trialpreparation Draft and argue dispositive motions, including motionsfor summary judgment Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations,hearings, and trials Collaborate with partners and staff to ensureefficient, high-quality legal services Handle a wide range ofmatters, which may include medical malpractice, nursing homedefense, insurance coverage disputes, pharmaceutical liability, andequitable relief proceedings, just to name a few
