Litigation Associate Attorney Ruprecht Hart Ricciardulli & Sherman 53 Cardinal Drive, Westfield, NJ 07090 Seeking skilled litigation attorney with 3 to seven years’ proven experience in defense litigation to join our dynamic New Jersey firm. Your role involves conducting thorough research and handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions and court conferences, as well as preparation of summaries, evaluations, motions and briefs. Excellent writing skills mandatory. Must be an active member of the New Jersey Bar with a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
