Job Description
My Client is seeking an Associate Counsel to join their rapidly growing Finance & Insurance (F&I) company. The focus of this role will include executing corporate legal strategy across a diverse set of matters while expanding your experience across and in transactional matters. In addition, you will ensure regulatory compliance with State and Federal laws, drive legal strategy B2B, contract drafting & negotiation, identify risk, and manage internal investigations.
The ideal candidate would have experience in the following:
Consumer Finance
Credit or Automotive
Manages their time effectively
Comfortable handling competing priorities
Has a natural knack for process improvement
Communicates effectively with various stakeholders
This role is 100% onsite. My Client is open to law firm applicants; this is an excellent opportunity to jump from firm to in-house!
