Our prestigious law firm is seekinga dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney specializingin Estate Planning. The successful candidate will join our team ofaccomplished professionals dedicated to providing exceptional legaladvice and services to our clients. This role demands a high levelof commitment, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deepunderstanding of the complexities of estate planning, includingwills, power of attorney, trust and estate, and conservatorship.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney (EstatePlanning), your duties will include: 1. Providing comprehensivelegal services in all areas of estate planning, including draftingwills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents. 2.Advising clients on various aspects of estate and trustadministration, including probate procedures, tax implications, andasset distribution. 3. Representing clients in conservatorshipproceedings, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. 4.Conducting thorough research and analysis to stay updated oncurrent laws, court decisions, and regulations that may affect ourclients’ estate plans. 5. Collaborating with our team of attorneysto devise effective strategies for complex estate planning cases.6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients,offering them personalized service and practical solutions to theirlegal needs.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role ofPermanent Associate Attorney (Estate Planning), you must have: 1. AJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2.Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3. A minimum of 5years of experience in estate planning, with a proven track recordof handling wills, power of attorney, trust and estate, andconservatorship. 4. Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear,understandable terms. 5. Strong research and analytical skills,with a keen eye for detail. 6. High level of integrity,professionalism, and confidentiality. 7. Proficient in using legalresearch tools and software. 8. Ability to work independently andas part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in afast-paced environment.
