Job Details Qualifications:

To be considered for the role ofPermanent Attorney (Land Use), you must have: 1. A Juris Doctor(JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to thestate bar. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in land use law,with a focus on municipal law, SEQRA, wetlands, and stormwatermanagement. 4. Proven experience representing clients inadministrative and judicial proceedings. 5. Strong legal researchand writing skills, with an ability to communicate complex legalconcepts clearly and effectively. 6. Excellent negotiation skills,with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. 7.A client-focused approach, with strong interpersonal andrelationship-building skills. 8. An ability to work effectively ina fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 9. A commitment tomaintaining the highest standards of professional ethics andintegrity.
