Job Details Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degreefrom an accredited law school. 2. Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxationis strongly preferred. 3. Minimum of 4-10 years of experience as apracticing attorney, with a focus on trust and estate law. 4.Demonstrated expertise in estate planning, estate tax, gift tax,powers of attorney, and asset management. 5. Excellent legalresearch, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
