Generous PTO JobDetails Qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from anaccredited law school. 2. A license to practice law in NY State. 3.A minimum of 2 years of experience in energy, utility or regulatorylaw. 4. Proven experience in representing clients in regulatoryproceedings and litigation. 5. Excellent legal research, writing,and negotiation skills. 6. A deep understanding of the legal,regulatory, and policy issues impacting the energy and utilityindustries. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, withthe ability to think strategically and provide practical,solutions-oriented advice. 8. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to build strongrelationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and otherstakeholders. 9. Ability to handle a high volume of work and workunder pressure in a fast-paced environment. 10. High degree ofprofessional ethics and integrity. 11.
