Top investment bank has an opening for an entrepreneurial LegalCounsel to provide business unit coverage to the Global MarketsPrime Services business, with a focus on: equity derivatives,Master Confirmation Agreements and related documentation andsynthetic prime brokerage matters. Client Details Global investmentbank.
Description Main Responsibilities:
Provide legal support tothe Global Markets Prime Services businesses, specifically focusingon equity derivatives, synthetic prime brokerage and ISDA/MCAdocumentation Work closely with the ISDA documentation team todraft and negotiate ISDA agreements, Master ConfirmationAgreements, custody agreements, total return swaps, etc. Stayabreast of and advise on relevant regulations and regulatoryframework Work closely with other members of the legal team onad-hoc projects Work closely with and aid in the management ofoutside counsel Profile JD from US ABA accredited law school 2years of experience ideally gained in-house supporting the primeservices/equity derivatives desk of an investment bank, with priorexperience at an AmLaw 100 firm highly preferred US State BarAdmission Direct experience with equity derivatives and syntheticprime brokerage services, including negotiation of MasterConfirmation Agreements Experience drafting, negotiating andadvising on a wide range of equity derivatives matters Strongunderstanding of ISDA framework Excellent drafting and negotiatingskills Ability to simplify legal advice for multiple stakeholderswithin a fast paced business Job Offer Base salary between$175,00-$225,000 Cash bonus Excellent benefits Hybrid working modelOpportunity for growth 401 (k) Page Group USA is acting as anEmployment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
