Role Description This is a full-time position for a LitigationAssociate located in Albany, NY, with flexibility for remote work.

The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handlingday-to-day operations related to litigation cases, includingdrafting motions and conducting legal research, participating indepositions, and appearing in court. The Litigation Associate willalso be responsible for communicating with clients and working withother attorneys and staff members to manage cases. Associates willgain invaluable hands-on experience in trail preparation, mediationand advocacy. Qualifications Knowledge of the law and legalprocedures Experience drafting motions and conducting legalresearch Experience participating in depositions Experienceappearing in court and communication skills with clients Ability towork independently and as part of a team J.D. degree from anaccredited law school and admission to the New York State BarAdditional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial forthe role include: Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent time-management and organizational skills Attention todetail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize workloadExperience working in a law firm or related experience Why join us?
