Salary:

- 4-6 years of experiencepracticing as a trusts and estates attorney
- Juris Doctor from anABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the New York Bar(required)
- Admission to the Connecticut and/or Massachusetts Baris a plus (or eligibility to waive in)
- Experience draftingcomplex estate planning documents, including various truststructures
- Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and fiduciary incometax laws
- Experience representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries inprobate court
- Familiarity with estate and trust tax returns isrequired Skills and Attributes
- Excellent writing and verbalcommunication skills
- Strong organizational and time managementabilities
- Attention to detail and high standards of performance
- Professional, collaborative, and client-focused demeanor
- Abilityto manage competing priorities effectively
- Military experience iswelcomed and valued Billing Requirement
