Prior litigation experience is preferred, but not required. The associate will defend medical malpractice claims on behalf of individuals and institutions, as well as touch on various general liability claims. The associate will have the opportunity to learn from and grow with an active trial practice. He/she should be motivated and committed to assume increasing levels of responsibilities, knowledge, and experience.

Responsibilities include:
