A dynamic global law firm known for its excellence andinnovation in legal services, is seeking a Immigration Associatewith experience in business immigration law practice. Priorexperience in a law firm setting is preferred. Candidates must havestrong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
Candidates should enjoy working with others in a team orientedsetting. Writing samples will be required.
Experience:
1 to 3 yearsin business immigration law matters.
Responsibilities:
Work withthe team to provide clients with comprehensive support in all areasof employment-based immigration. Perform legal research onimmigration matters, legal developments in immigration law andcommunicate implications internally. Assist in preparing and filingall types of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions,including under the E-1/2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, and EB-1/2/3classifications. Maintain records, track deadlines, and ensuretimely filings. Communicate with clients and government agenciesunder attorney supervision.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) froman accredited law school. Strong academic credentials. Excellenttechnical, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability towork collaboratively with other practice areas to providecomprehensive solutions to clients.
Salary:
