Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney with plaintiff-side experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in handling personal injury cases, from negotiation to litigation. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills to support our clients in achieving the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Manage and litigate a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
Conduct client consultations and provide legal guidance throughout the case
Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlements
Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure fair settlements
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations
Work collaboratively with legal support staff to ensure thorough case preparation

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership
Minimum 3+ years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases
Strong litigation and negotiation skills with a proven track record of case success
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment
