Salary:

This is a permanent position thatoffers excellent growth potential.

Responsibilities:

Handle acaseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution,including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Prepare for and conduct depositions, interrogatories, and otherdiscovery proceedings. Conduct thorough legal research and analysisto support litigation strategies and arguments. Collaborate withsenior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide supportduring trials and hearings. Assist with the preparation of trialexhibits, witness interviews, and trial briefs. Maintain accurateand up-to-date case files, including organizing and managingdocuments and evidence. Attend court hearings, conferences, andother legal proceedings as required.

Qualifications:

Admission toNY State Bar and in good standing. 8 years of experience in civildefense/plaintiff litigation -or- commercial litigation Knowledgeof civil procedure, legal research, and writing. Strong knowledgeof civil procedure, legal research, and writing. Proven experienceconducting depositions and handling discovery processes.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Ability towork independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
