Responsibilities:

As aTrusts and Estates Associate, your responsibilities will includebut are not limited to: 1. Providing expert legal advice on a broadrange of trusts and estates matters, including wills, trusts,estate planning, and probate. 2. Developing and implementing wealthstrategies for high net worth individuals and businesses, ensuringtheir assets are protected and their future financial security isassured. 3. Establishing, managing, and advising on corporatetrusts. 4. Working closely with clients to understand their uniqueneeds and goals, and tailoring your advice and services to meetthese. 5. Collaborating with other team members and departments toprovide a comprehensive, holistic service to clients. 6. Keepingabreast of the latest developments in trusts and estates law, andusing this knowledge to advise clients and improve our services.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have: 1. A JurisDoctor degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the NYstate bar. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in trusts andestates law, with a particular focus on high net worth individualsand businesses. 4. Proven experience in estate planning and wealthstrategy development. 5. Extensive knowledge of corporate trusts.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to build strong relationships with clients. 7. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thinkstrategically and provide innovative solutions. 8. A commitment toprofessional development and continuous learning.
