NY Job DetailsResponsibilities:
Manage a caseload of insurance defense mattersincluding general liability, premises liability, auto, and torts.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy. Draftpleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, andinternal team members. Represent clients in court proceedings,including hearings, motions, and trials.
