Intake:
Gather medical evidence and records; take depositions of the claimant, physicians, medical experts, and other parties; conduct discovery and perform legal research; draft pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs, opinions, appeals, rebuttals, and summations; litigate cases and represent clients before Workers’ Compensation Law Judges and Federal Law Judges; manage settlement; and handle legal marketing.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law, 12 months of experience as an Attorney, and New York State Bar Admission are required.
