NY (Big plus if NJ, CT, or PA) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional legal services to our clients, focusing on various aspects of litigation and insurance defense. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and strategy development. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings. Manage a caseload effectively while ensuring high-quality legal representation. Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to support case management and client communication. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience or interest in insurance defense, litigation, and appellate law is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits Salary:
